Come and train at the Acceleration Franchise of the year for 2007, 2008, and 2009! In the year 2007 we opened our doors to athletes from any sport and at any level. We are here to help you towards your goals of becoming a better athlete for sporting competition.
The athletes who come here can expect the highest quality training programs, equipment and service. We have a basketball court for testing, agility and speed training and the weight room is ready to go with weights, core and flexibility equipment.

This fantastic facility includes a new, full size basketball court and recently refurbished weights room allowing athletes access to make use of the latest gym equipment in order to build strength and improve performance.

The Southport High Sports Centre provides state of the art facilities including:
- full size basketball court (plastic surface, excellent for protection of joints when running).
- Brand new, high quality gym equipment.
- Highly Motivated Coaching staff who are determined on improving any athletes performance.
Acceleration will train individual athletes and sporting teams. Some of our current athletes participate in:

Acceleration possesses training staff with excelled sporting backgrounds as well as fantastic knowledge in enhancing sports performances so that improved results can be achieved. Athletes are provided with personal workout programs which are designed specifically for the athlete and based around the athlete's sport.
