Training only 1 day a week will give you some results - especially if you haven't done any training of this kind before. Having a good workout once a week will definately help you maintain strength and fitness.
Of course, your 1 Day/week program will focus on your goals whether it will be weight loss/ increase, strength, speed or fitness. You will get out out is as much as you put in.

Using your own username and password, you will be able to access your new program via our website. Our simple to follow program design includes photos, vidoes and coaching cues for each and every exercise.
