This program shows you how to use a foam roller on the following muscles: back, groin, hamstrings, quadriceps and IT band.
This is an online, 1 Day training program which includes 8 foam roller stretching exercises. The exercises include sets, reps and are set in a progressive sequence.
Each stretch has a video, text and photo to make sure the stretches are done properly.
Upon purchase, you will recieve a username and password that will give you access to this program for 4 weeks.
